Aspiring Leader is a 3-week one-on-one program that gives you the chance to test and mature your desire to become a leader.
We work on the questions that are critical, both for you and for the company:

Am I ready to take responsibility for people, results, and relationships?
How does leadership become part of my day-to-day, in my way?
The goal isn’t to push you into a leadership role. The goal is to help you make the right choice.

The program is tailored to your motivation, profile, role, and the company’s context. You’ll have one dedicated coach who supports you throughout the entire program.
Flexible structure: The program is divided into smaller, manageable elements that fit into your workweek. Everything can be done online, with a focus on engaged dialogue and practical application.
