The program is broken into small, manageable elements that fit into your workweek. Everything can be done online, with a focus on building capability and applying it in real situations - even before you step into the leadership role.
1:1 Lead Coaching
Do you want to feel more confident in your leadership?
Do you want clarity, calm, and direction in the situations that take up the most space?
Whether you have a specific challenge, specific leadership skills you want to develop, or you want to educate yourself in leadership, this program is for you.
The program is tailored to you; your motivation, leadership profile, role, and your company’s context. You’ll have one dedicated personal coach who owns the process and keeps a sharp focus on your goals. Through honest sparring and support to take action, you build self-awareness, knowledge, and capability to become the leader you want to be, even under pressure.
The program typically runs for 8–12 months, with 60-minute coaching sessions every 3–4 weeks and check-ins in between. Everything is tailored to your calendar and can take place in person, online, or as a mix of both.
